PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING For "NO CALL, NO SHOW" you will NOT be refunded. After the 3rd time you will no longer be able to book any future appointments. (please communicate) For same day appointments book 3 hours in advance for your appointment time. If you don`t see the time and date that means that appointment time and date is NOT AVAILABLE. "CANCELLATIONS" should be made 24hr prior to appointment time 15 MIN GRACE PERIOD ON "RUNNING LATE" AFTER THAT APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED (PLEASE COMMUNICATE) All clients are now required to have freshly shampooed hair proper to service or you can add wash service to your appt , if hair is dirty service you will be refused.
